Hello all, I can't seem to re-download my DLC. When I go to "your registered game content", it shows "--" next to The Stone Prisoner. I'm pretty sure it should say "Download".

Here's some background:

I bought Dragon Age: Origins online when it was released and got the code to download The Stone Prisoner DLC. I didn't realize until a few weeks after that I had a code like that. I redeemed it, downloaded "The Stone Prisoner", but I had problems installing it, so I just let it be.

I reinstalled the game last week to my new computer and I wanted to try installing the DLC again, but as you already know, I can't download it.

Did I do something wrong? It can't be a single-download, can it?

Nothing in the in-game downloadable content menu either...

So, does anyone know what's going on, or have you had similar issues? Any help is appreciated.

DA:O dlc are all handled inside the game. So you have to link your game to the account you have the dlc on. Look for the option to set your online account to your Bioware account email and password. Once it is set you should be able to let the game look around and dl/install the game. You may have to wait a bit or even get it to manually connect but the game does it on it's own, you don't dl or install with DA:O.

While many of the DLC are available as direct (re-)downloads from the "Registered Game Content" page, TSP is not,  (and neither is RtO.)   As mcsupersport indicated, one has to use the in-game "Available Content" menu to get it reinstalled.

Since it does appear in your list of registered conntent, the re-install should go fine.
