We saw them fighting Cerberus, Geth, Husks and Cannibals (Batarian-Husks). These were probably the creature sets they were able to implement with full demo quality animations in time for E3.matt-bassist wrote...
seriously, in most of the videos ive seen, we're fighting cerberus soldiers. on the salarian homeworld, in the geth place, other places. come on. its supposed to be a small, private, under-ground terrorist group, not some full blown god damn army.

There are probably a lot more enemy types, but their power sets and animations were probably not finished and up to demo quality, so we haven't seen them yet. They will also probably wait until closer to the game launching to reveal new enemy types (for the hype machine).

Cerberus goons, and Reaper agents. There are going to be many, many types of troopers within them.
Cerberus dudes will probably look the same, but with different weapons, skills, and the like.
Reaper agents will consist of Heretic Geth, multi-species Husks, Cannibals (BTW, nexworks: They are a combination of multiple different species, Batarians are just the most prominent in their appearance.) and.. maybe even full-grown Reapers?
There's also a type of indoctrinated Asari with bloated bellies called "Banshees".

Cerberus only 150 members? Got a link for that?
Only in the three main cells. Lazarus, Overlord and another one not mentioned. There are other Cerberus troops directly under the command of TIM, like Kai Leng.

I think they have more than 150. They have to. It would make no sense otherwise. I think it is more like 150(Mirandas, Jacobs, Wlsons, Archers, etc) basically Cerberus officers spread amongst a dozen cells. While there are many more, Kens, Gabbys, Ruperts, Haddleys, etc.
Or BioWare cloned Shepard and made an army. (cheesy please don't do this BioWare)

A wizard did it.

A space wizard did it.
Fixed that for you.
They probably spent 4 billion credits, took two years and invented time travel and went back and gave themselves an army.
Lets face it if 4 billion credits and two years can find the 'Cure For Death' then time travel should be a doddle with the help of all the space wizards that are hanging around.

Lazarus Project happened, and the only thing "wrong" with it having happened was that ME2 didn't explore its consequences and repercussions enough.

Although it looks like variations of enemies in factions such as different husks and Cerberus shock troops.

Maybe EDI meant there were 150 members in the Research division only.strive wrote...

The Military division is seperate, and the enemies we fought in ME1 and the ones we're fighting in ME3 are almost certainly part of that division.

It didn't even acknowledge it, let alone explore it. But you're right, what's done is done.

While the blue suns and eclipse did have some differences like shields and colors and whatnot, but mainly they were the same humanoids with the same armor and weapons save for colors.
We need variety, I mean even the collectors acted the same a mercs save for that pop up shield.

That would be SO AWESOME. I wouldn't even care about the cheese factor, that'd be so damn cool.

Actually, if you listened to CH and read a "little between the lines" the clone might turn out to be Miranda. But that's just MORE Cerberus a-holes to kill:OAllenShepard wrote...

EDI says there are 150 operatives, that doesn't include grunts, ordinary doctors like Chakwas and the janitors who are on Cerberus payroll but isn't directly involved in anything suspicious other than they perhaps know the shady reputation of Cerberus.

EDI said 150 operatives, split into the three running cells at that time - Lazarus, Overlord and the other one. Of course, by ME3, Lazarus and, if you downloaded it, Overlord have been shut down and probably replaced.Slidell505 wrote...
Well Cerberus only has 150 members. Including the ones that died at project Lazarus/Overlord/the derelict reaper and the ones on the Normandy. It's not a large organization, corpses included.
Cerberus operatives are high ranking soldiers - Miranda, Jacob, Kai Leng. The majority of Cerberus soldiers are not operatives and don't count towards the 150 number count, in the same way the Gabby, Ken and Rupert Gardner aren't operatives and don't count towards the 150. Someone made a pyramid diagram showing it, don't know where that went.
