So yesterday i was playing Dragon Age Then this happened,

I was playing then all of the sudden it started to get really glitchy, I
turned off the game and decided i'd wait a bit before playing it again to see if this helped. 
When i opened it again in about a hour or so it said i could make a new
character but not load my game .Ontop of this it also says i don't have
any DLC which is frustrating since i have almost all of the DLC. I logged into my account and thought that would help or at least show that i had DLC and it didn't help.

I located my bioware file and it has all the correct stuff in there, All my character saves, Everything. My Characters, DLC , All of that stuff that is missing.  So i don't get why it doesn't have that when i go play Dragon age. I
also discovered to other Bioware files. One called Bioware1 Which
contains Dragon Age 03-15-29 that has the settines, Pacakges offers logs
and addins but nothing is in any of them except Settings. Then there is
Bioware 03-16-01 which has Dragon Age In it which then has: Characters, Logs, Offers, Packages,
Screenshots, And settings in it. There is one character in the character
file all her saves and such but it doesn't show her which leads me to
think this isn't the active file.

I don't know what to do. I've tried moving around files and playing the
game and then exiting and seeing if it says which file it was on ext ext
and im just at a loss for what to do.

What is this all about? Do you have your character folders? (It is located in the Characters folder). If you can locate your characters in this folder, then you should be able to run it in your game, unless it is damaged.

I do have the character folders. Im not sure how to go about running it in the game. Its in the bioware Dragon Age Folder but it says that i don't have any characters when i bring up Dragon Age.

So do you have another version of DA:O on another PC or Mac? If yes, try to copy those character folders to the other DA Folders and run it. Maybe your character folder have something damaged or improper that makes the game cannot recognize them.

Another solution is try to create a new character and then run the new game until you have some specific save, and then try to switch the character if it is available, if yes, so the problem solved.
