They really did a fairly crappy job of placing drops in this game, such as the reward for killing all the gangs in all the acts is some money and a duplicate of an item that drops off one of the gang leaders. No one thought that was kind of a stupid idea? You dont get a unique cool item in a side quest that spans the whole game? You can't even get the final piece to the act 2 mage armor set until halfway through act 3, why would anyone do that? By then you should have most of your Champions armor set, making it kind of redundant.
