It's hard to tell. It would be a shame if she didn't appear in future games, as her story doesn't seem done quite yet. Even if Morrigan doesn't appear in any future content, hopefully her child does.

I certainly hope we will see her more. There are things about her that are a mystery. One thing I keep wondering is what does she actually want.
If you romance her and talk about the nights you´ve spent together you can ask her what does she want. She seems confused and doesnt offer an answer. "what do I want? I...".
You can also speak about the having children, marriage thing. If I remember correctly, when you say something like "If you dont want those things then fine", she replies something like "I didnt say that either. I just... nevermind".
In witch hunt you can ask "And is that what you want? To be free". She answers "What I want is...is unimportant now"
These and some other things make me truly wonder and event haunt my mind. I maybe thinking too much of this but I cant help it. What does she actually want?...that is a good question. A question to which we get answers hopefully in future DA games.
