 So I haven't got enough paragon/renegade points to resolve the Jack/Miranda arguement, it sucks, so I side with Jack, thus losing Miri's loyalty, hopefully after I do Legions loyalty mission I'll have enough to win back Mirandas loyalty. 

My question is, if I can't get her loyalty back, is there anyway I can make sure she survives the suicide mission? Out of all of my multiple playthroughs this is the only time I'v never been able to resolve the situation.

She's almost impossible to kill anyway. Just keep her at holding the line with two of Grunt/Garrus/Zaeed around and you're good to go G

One more question, if you see it, hehe, how much of the paragon/renegade far needs to be filled to be able to win back her (Miranda's) loyalty?

Like I said before, I sided with Jack, but I have he option to gain her loyalty back but it's grayed out. Is it 75%, 80% or 100% para/renegade?

the Paragon/Renegade that you need is dependent on your overall progress in the game. The more of the game you have completed, the more Paragon/Renegade points are required.

You may be better of using some Eezo to reassign your skill points into your class passive skill that gives +100% paragon/renegade. The bonus is retroactive. After you complete the persuasion, you can reassign again to whatever you want.
