Don't get all the Scion hate. I actually like them over normal Husks- at least Scions don't try to invade my personal space.

Hmm, I would be happy to fight a Yahg, or a team of the things, but they need a stronger melee. I mean, the Shadow Broker was as large, if not slightly larger than a Krogan, and yet, his charge was weaker, even with that massive shield of his.

I'm more curious as to if the Geth "hoppers" or whatever you call them are making a return. Is it Stalker maybe? The ones that would climb walls and jump around. I used to love shooting those guys.

i want enemies in ME3 to use their tech and biotic abilities against shepard. itd probably have to be implemented on the higher difficulties only, but i really want to see enemeis put me on my ass and bust my shields with tech mines and biotic powers. itd make combat feel alot more like im in the MEuniverse.

i also want to **** my pants when i see a krogan. krogan in ME1 are total bad asses and running into one is always gauranteed to be a tough battle. anyone remember the krogan on therum in ME1? krogan in ME2 are regular soldiers, im no more scared of a loki mech.

1. Asari Commandos. Not the second-class eclipse mercenaries from ME2. More like Tela Vasir, or Benezia's Guard. Asari Commandos with biotics enough to toss Shepard around, not just tickle with a Warp that usually hits cover instead. Oh, and with proper uniforms like in ME1.

Pass.  The hardest part of the Benezia fight in ME1 was not glitching into the floor from enemy biotics.  Losing control of your character for an extended amount of time isn't fun.  Enemies should not have access to ragdoll biotics in ME3.  Leave that to the cutscenes.  I'm fine with staggers, though.

Giving elite enemy biotics access to Vasir's Shockwave could help, as it passes through cover.

Oh I beg to differ. I love to see my Shepard sprawling helplessly on the ground. It amuses me to no end.

Then I get serious and punch some serious holes through the b!tches that dare do that to the one and only Commander Shepard.

Lol, Brenon just appeared and hit us with an allcaps that doesn't actually tell us anything for certain.

I would like to have a sniper putting pressure on the squad, though. It'd bring back a challenge, and with the revamped combat system.
Basically you'd want to prioritise them, and make sure they never targeted you while your shields were down. Even if they fix Shep's paper mache poor excuse for armor, snipers are specialists at ripping through enemy armor, so they would remain a very high threat... higher than heavies...

On the subject of biotics versus Shepard. The main issue in ME1 was the poorly designed collision maps, so enemies, and Shep, could fall in to 'inaccessible' areas and get stuck.
If Shep's shields are dropped, instead of being able to safely regen as if it never happened, a biotic could hurl a throw at you. Perhaps if you're quick you could have a biotic (or Shep if biotic) counter with their own biotic attack and you could avoid getting ragdolled (enemies could do this, too... thus reducing the need for the protection system to be so liberal and have everything stop biotics, if the AI has a way to defend).
Hmm... biotic attacks clashing and countering each other... potential for epicness... especially if certain combinations of biotics colliding could have some special effects.

The Rachni, if you were stupid enough to let them live then you deserve to get ****ed over badly by them in ME3.

The Quarians, because they are a race of total bastards, attacking the poor innocent Geth without provocation then holding a grudge about a war that they themselves started, and dont forget the cruel experiments and Tali's hatred of black people in ME2.

O.K. I'll bite here. What was it specifically that led you to the conclusion that Tali hates black people?

Great ideas, and the more talk of enemies with actual biotics the better. I just was talking about it on GameFAQs too.

I understand the difficulties, but really. Give the enemies the best abilities you can. Difficulty is improved by adding more factors into combat, not raising stat values.

I understand that equipping enemies with working biotics is a callange for several reasons. Nonetheless, it would be nice to at least fight some biotics, maybe in special environments. Being caught in a singularity or lift might be cool if we get flung around but would maybe still be able to shoot. Also we should have the ability to evade powers. e.g. you see a singularity forming before it's effect kicks in and you'd better get out of the way quick. This would also force you to change cover sometimes and make fights less static. Enemies that can suddenly (bioticly) charge behind you would also be fun.
Generally, give enemies more abilities such as cryo blasts (they should freeze shep but slow him down), cloak, etc.
I also strongly support the snipers. The were fun in ME1 and I'd like their return.

Adding factors doesn't work that great, sooner or later you gonna have to beef up enemies. That's an eventuality that every game designer accepts.

Here's my most wanted list:

1. Harbinger's avatar
2. Any other Reaper's avatar
3. Walking Reapers (like the one we saw, want Shepard to take it out in one-to-one fight)
4. Atmosphere Reapers (would be harder to personally take out, but we killed gunships before)
5. Indoctrinated aliens (less fun, but at least they aren't humans): asari, turians, salarians, and batarians.
6. Geth (they're like small Reapers)
7. Reaperized aliens: asari, turians, salarians, and batarians.
8. Harbinger's ship and his core.
9. Space Reapers.

Notice that humans are NOT on the list.

EDIT: Oh, and TIM is most certainly NOT on the list. In fact, if I could save one person in the galaxy, that would be him.

EDIT2: I don't want to fight krogans and vorcha. I want them as allies. Couldn't care less about quarians, but killing them would be just...too easy. Just take off their mask and breathe at them.

EDIT3: If Harbinger makes an avatar, he better not choose a human as his vessel...

Yeah, you'd like to think it'd be in their best interest to join up with Shepard.  Not many business opportunities with the Reapers taking over the galaxy.

I would like to fight with Shepard's classes.
Soldier with Revenant.
Vanguard with charge and shockwave. Already happened, so I'm fine if there is noone.
Engineer with combat drones and cryo blast. As was said earlier cryo should only slow Shepard down.
Sentinel with tech armor. It must be damn hard to get this bastard from his shell and kill him before he restore it.
Infiltrator with real cloak, not that weird haze aka "we r invisubr". Still should be vulnerable to blind fire.
Adept, most difficult to implement without players rage. Not so fun to be caught by singularity. Perhaps there should be time to leave dangerous area?

There's a good list of potential enemies in the OP's list. I think indoctrinated Drell assassins and the return of the Rachni brood warriors would be nice.

Also having multiple Reaper avatars active in combat would be pretty challenging, imagine 2-3 Harbingers launching singularities and fireballs at you while trying to smack-talk you.
