Just bought game brand new from gamestop for ps3. has no card inside or redemtion code anywhere and I would love to access the content that i paid for. I dont know where to go exactly for help, i tired easupport and they want the promo code just for me to send them an email. i never received my code. any help would be appreciated.

You need to deal with EA support. Use the live chat facility rather than email. You should get a response in under 30 minutes with live chat, where email has been known to take 2 weeks. Login using the same credentials you use to log into these forums with.

Gamestop often takes out the disc and redemption card while the game box is on the shelf display. Since they forgot to you give you the redemption card when you bought the game new, go back to Gamestop and ask for it. I also have seen them displaying the game box with the redemption card that could have been easily taken by someone. Either way, they need to honor for selling you the game new.
