To whom this may concern: I am an avid fan of the Mass Effect series and so are my close friends. Mass Effect 2 has been plagued with numerous mechanical issues which have become extremely frustrating especially on the insanity mode where such mechanical problems can endeavor to bring a quick end to your character’s life. I am quite aware that the insanity mode is to be difficult. It should possess a real knowledge of strategizing against your enemies. It should bring satisfaction to the gamer and to steel their knowledge in the art of strategizing against a well thought out game that would incorporate the insanity mode. However difficulty should not be defined as being frustrating, confusing, or we just don’t really care in lieu of a real or well thought out strategy. It is my/our hope that the faith we have in you is not in vain. We have two concerns among the many that we hope you will take under serious consideration and hopefully remedy to some great degree.
First being--targeting. I am aware of the update some months ago and whatever minor adjustments that might have been made may suffice for the easy and normal modes but for the insanity mode it is a continual frustration to the point of just being ridiculous. And the second--Teammates Placement. Other than targeting there is no greater frustration than the placement of your teammates. More often than not whenever you mark the placement of your teammates they will not go or they just seem to be confused and if they go they most often will not stay. Next should they go they will turn themselves towards the enemy rather than placing their backs against the object of which they are to take the defense thereby rendering them almost useless in a fight.
