The welcome screen for Dragon Age 2 says that we can "Download a bonus copy of Mass Effect 2." When I click on that link it goes to http://dragonage.bioware.com/me2offer/ error 404 not found. Is anuone else having this problem?

It was TOTALLY time-limited.
I went ahead and got the code, even though I already had ME2, but then didn't know anyone who might want a copy who didn't already have it... So it expired.To qualify and get your Mass Effect 2 PC download code, please follow these steps before April 30, 2011 at 11:59pm PDT.
