I bought all the DLC for Mass Effect 2 except for Arrival on the xbox 360.  Is there anyway I can transfer that DLC to my PC version without paying again?

Not likely. You can ask EA support but i doubt that do stuff like that. I've not known any game where you can have DLC on all three platforms for one price apart from special promotions

Yes you can just go to the live chat and let them know you bought it for the 360 and when they look at your gamer tag for the 360 to confirm you have paid for them on the 360 version the will add them to your PC version. I just had them do it to my account a few minutes ago.

I was in the same situation, having bought most of the DLC for Xbox 360, then buying the game for PC. However, I talked with 2 representatives from EA over livechat, and both of them said that transfering DLC or Bioware points wasn't possible, and I would have to buy the DLC for PC if I wanted it. So I don't know what OmegaXI is talking about.

It depends on the rep you get. Officially, no, it cant be done. Unofficially, there are some nice guys in there who will do it for you, as when many of the DLC were originially published, it specifically mention they were unlocked for both PC and Xbox at the same time. EA have since stopped that so they can nickle and dime their customers even more.

yea i just bought the PC version myself but was already under the assumption i was gonna have to buy it again for PC

What about the other way round? I just switched from PC to XBox. Anyone tried that?
