I cant find a screen cap of the 20 min live stream demo from E3, but i know that on the squad screen there was a Paragon/Renegade bar next to all characters, not just Shep. Does this mean that a friendship/rivally appraoch will be taken when it comes to talking with squadmates? Would that be the sort of thing you would want?
Thoughts?

It was confirmed by Casey Hudson in a QA that those bars weren't meant to be there. They hadn't completely prepared those screens for public display.
