I can't seem to find Kahoku's body. I've tried visiting the bases on Binthu several times, but it's never there. I have a quicksave that is before I killed the last base, but loading that and clearing it says "Good job, you've cleared a base, check the other two."
Is there a way to fix this? I'm playing on PC, so if there's an edit or command necessary to reset an assignment that would probably do, but barring that what other things should I try?

mm, i play on xbox so i cant help you on any commands PC might have for that 
. but if you destroyed the two bases, and got to the third his body should of been there (should being key word). incase you overlooked it by accident, its in the middle of the room where you drop those barriers.
when you load that quicksave they say "go to the other two bases"? im assuming you looked at the others and they were still cleared out from before? seems pretty buggy to me, i would suggest maybe leaving to the normandy from your mako. then landing on the planet again to check the outposts?
if my idea didnt work im sure some PC users will chime in with help, good luck

I've done quite a few iterations now. I think the issue was caused when I killed the rachni in the third base, but didn't inspect the body, and left the planet. Now I can't finish the mission. The quicksave was from my first clears, but if I load that now and kill the rachni (rachni is always third), it says to clear out the other two...which have nothing in them. I've circled the planet in the mako going in the bases, nothing.
This is hardly the first time I've done the mission, and it was just sloppiness on my part to not actually inspect the body and get the next step of the quest. The system for that doesn't show up, either, so I can't just fly there and keep going.

When I last did that mission, I saved in the second base after I'd cleared it out. When I reloaded from that save, Kahoku was on the floor, despite how I'd only done two bases.
So... maybe, save and reload inside one of the bases?
