I wouldn't say she indoctrinated Joker but she definitely charmed him. Wich is probably more efficent. No, I don't think this will lead to a Joker/EDI romance. Bromance, though, yes definitely.

The Mesina2 Shepard rapeface is much less creepy than most of them.

We are getting way out of topic here. So yeah, I belive EDI will be saved by the magic of friendship if she ever goes nuts or activates her hidden Failberus controll chips.

The fact that she controls the ship now is what worries me most, she could turn off gravity, power, open all the airlocks, and she is built with reaper tech, let me repeat that REAPER TECH, REEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAPPPPPPPPPPPEEEEEEEERRRRRRRRR TTEEEEEEEECCCCCHHHHHHHHHHHHHH......................................................... Why do you all think she is safe? Not even a little paranoid? I would not be surprised if the two engineers lied to you about their past and it seems unrealistic for two alliance people to join Cerberous without doing a little homework on them. Every cerberous crew member could have lied the whole time and been cerberous commandos...

But why did they suck when they were attacked by reapers? Answer, they were caught off gaurd and thus were unarmered and mostly unarmed and besides most people are not as good at fighting as Shepard and team.

I hope EDI doesn't betray the crew, I can't imagine it adding much to the story.  They could have a scene where it looks like she has and everyone is like "I told you so" then it turns out she hasn't but they sort of covered that with the little joke scene in ME2.

I don't know... This could lead to you overiding the programing and "saving" her or you become forced to shut her down... permanently.
Edit Maybe the alliance forces you to turn her off and you can fake it?

[Unpleasant Implications]

The only way I can see EDI betraying us is with the reapers hacking her, as she's made from parts of Sovereign. However, EDI may only use those those parts to keep herself on par with the Reapers and defend herself. Who knows, maybe Shepard will have to Charm/Intimidate EDI out of helping the Reapers.
