Debtor Prisons only exist in cases of child support cases in which you cannot pay you go to jail and the man is never afforded an attorney in a family court because its a Civil Matter even if it could mean that person lose their liberty.
This case tackles the issue of debtors prisons and not being afforded an attorney when you cannot afford it or might be signing away your rights or not knowing them.
From what I have read the court seems to reversed the charges and money owed but the main question of being afforded a lawyer I am not seeing that....can anyone take a look?
This case can change a great deal of things that need to be changed hopefully this will be the start
