As it been stated in the pinned post: All weapons from ME2 will return. [/list] The weapons of ME2 will return in ME3(which makes sense, story-wise).
I'd like to clarify, my DLC and unlocks will carry over to the sequel? (by which I mean Geth Rifle, Collector's Rifle, Incisor, and so forth)
Or they will simply BE in the game regardless of what I had in the previous title?
I'm mostly giddy about carrying over the Collector's Rifle - I like it's... aesthetic.

There were no specifics on this from BioWare. However I would be happy if my money spent on all those random items in ME2 would actualy show up to be worth spending.

I want my widow from the get go. Not the escape from earth, obviously, but after that, yeah.

I want my vindicator.... and Phalanx Pistol!
Also Geth Plasma Shot gun....Because its so fun killing Krogans with it and I get sick pleasure out of killing geth with it too.

They're probably in-game regardless of whether you bought them for ME2 or not. What would like to have happen is that people who paid for the DLC weapons in ME2 get them in their inventory from the get-go, while everyone else has to buy them from an in-game store somewhere.

I did buy the dlc weapons, just realized I liked the stock ones better. can you guys imagine the devastation a customized vindicator and viper will cause?

It'd be pretty stupid of them NOT to have the ME2 weapons.
The lack of weapon variety was a real (though relatively minor) issue in ME2, so by keeping as many ME2 weapons as possible (and adding new ones, of course) they can make the people who want to use their old favorites again happy, and increase the overall number of weapon choices for ME3 without having to spend as many resources.

Almost every character has been shown wielding a Mattock thus far in the various ME3 demos. Additionally, soldier Shepard was shown to have a Kassa Locust in his loadout. I believe Garrus was wielding an incisor at some point. It seems that when they say all the weapons are returning, they mean ALL the weapons are returning.
I just hope all the weapons are more or less numerically balanced. What I mean by that is that if you look at the numbers under the hood in ME2, you can tell that a Mattock is better than a Vindicator before you even fire them. I personally like the way the Vindicator behaves and would like to wield a customized one without actively gimping my combat performance.

If there is a lasersight mod for the weapons i'm happy, and the ability to make weapons jet black.

I also think they are also gonna tweak the weapons to be more powerful to be more in line iwht the DLC weapons that or nerf the DLC weapons to not be so powerful. I'm hoping that Bioware will make all the weapons pretty much have equal dps before you add in damage bonuses to defenses and the like.
