I bought points for cash so i could get other campains for DAO... but now 2 times those would not wanted to download for over 4 hours so i closed down the game and did it all over again.... but i have got nothing but a thinner wallet.... what is the problem if i may ask?<_<

Official support is on the EA Help pages. This is gamer to gamer Self-Help, and we have nothing to do with the screwed up systems that Bioware / EA have put in place to mishandle the various dribbleware they distribute.

Gorath Alpha's rant notwithstanding, s/he is correct.  In every case I've known personally (including those of others via the interwebz) contacting the EA Customer Support folk at: support.ea.com is your best, and perhaps ONLY avenue for resolving this.

They are the ones who are able to review your transaction history and post the appropriate materials to your "Player Entitlements" page directly. IFAIK, no one else can do this, (at least not easily.) 
Takes all of about two minutes once you're in a "Live Chat" session with one of the support staff.

Some of them can also be downloaded directly from your entitlements page on this site if they have been properly added to your account (which it sounds as if they have if I am interpreting your post correctly. They are showing up in your DLC but downloading slowly). These are some fairly large files, so they may take a while depending on your Internet connection and how many you are downloading. Also, depending on your game settings, you may need to click on them and start the download.

If they are not showing up in your available DLC in-game, verify that they correctly added to your account (entitlements page again-- link is under your avatar) and if so, verify that you are logged into the DA servers in-game and are logged in with the same account you are using here.
