Tela Vasir didn't work for the Shadow Broker and never betrayed the Council.

She did what she did because as she said, The Shadow Broker provided her with plenty of information over the years that saved a ton of lives. Due to this, if The Shadow Broker asked her for something, she'd gladly give it.

In this case, the death of T'Soni. So that's why she tried to kill her. But that's hardly betraying the Council as the Council is in no sort of threat whatsoever and if The Shadow Broker asked Vasir to take THEM out, I'm sure that Vasir would give him a big HELL NO and try to chase him down.

Unless she's so greedy that if a proper bounty was put on their heads she's go for it, but we'll never know.

Still, she hated being thought to of betrayed the Council, so no, I don't think she would've.

In ME 1 Anderson said No one knows for sure but by the Alliance last count it put them around 100 maybe less

How does that have anything to do with the quote?

I always thought that it would have been cool if Vasir survived the events of LotSB and once ME3 came you had the choice to tell the council about what she did or look past it because she would be helpful in fighting the reapers.

I definently want to see more Spectres in ME3- especially a Turian one. As much as I like Garrus, him and Saren have really been the only two significant Turian characters in the series which is odd considering how powerful the turians are. We need moar Salarians as well.

I will be seriously disappointed if we don't see a gathering of Spectres. That has been my dream since ME1. I'm pretty sure that the Reaper invasion is the most important mission to all of them so they all need to be helping in some capacity.

Or better yet, some SM-esque series of missions where they really show how much they can kick *ss by your side.  Imagine Tela Vasir as an NPC extra squadmate :o.

Exactly. That would be fantastic.

Yeah, I remember one reason being given a while back about the lack of other Spectres as it being a big Galaxy and Shepard is sorta doing his/her thing within it. However ME3 see's the advent of a Galaxy spanning war that encompases every race in it, I would be amazed if we didn't see at least some Spectres in amidst the chaos! Who's going to both continuing their spy op or hit when there are Reapers blowing up planets around them?

Either Ash or Kaidan will be spectres in ME3, so depending on your actions in ME2 you'll always have at least one Spectre aboard the Normandy come then.

At least we should be able to see or take part in one of those spectre's operations like blowing up space stations, slipping viruses in fortifications... wait, shepard already does that.

Maybe we get to see more spectres?

I think dying or going rogue is the only way to ditch the badge.

He did die though.

Remember, dead is dead... unless it's the start of ME2 or the Princess Bride, where there's dead, and dead.

@Mesina2 Yeah, but he died and got resurrected. That doesn't count.

Shepard has a tendency to kill every Spectre he meets.

I'd like to see Spectres further explored as a group. Saren was corrupt, Vasir worked for the shadow broker, and if you talk to Samara a bit, you find that Nihlus was a pretty ruthless guy himself. Renegade Shepard himself can be pretty nasty, and renegade Shepard is considered "canon" by Bioware.

It would be interesting to explore the Spectres more. Meet more of them, find out whether the good they do outweighs the bad, or if they're really as corrupt as they appear.

The Renegade Shepard is the only Shepard there is....

Whatever it takes.
