I was wondering how I should register my Collector's Edition of Dragon Age: Origins, since there are no option for registering the Collector's Edition?
There is just the option of registering "Dragon Age Origins - PC" which I suspect is the Standard Edition?

Just to be clear - I have no problems finding the code in the manual.
I just don't want any content to be messed up because I registered the game in the wrong place.

It's been a while since I registered my CE, but yes, you register it like it's a standard edition (mine shows up just as 'Dragon Age Origins - PC').
Then follow the instructions for redeeming your codes and downloading/installing the CE content.
