So, I just went to play mass effect 2, and it at first said that every DLC was corrupt and needed to be redownloaded and I didn't care for that, but then, my profiles I had on it were deleted, and all my achievements were gone on it, and now I don't know what to do; is there a way to recover that for I am just mad that all of my hours into that are just gone.

The closest that comes to mind, assuming by 'profile' you mean Gamertag, is this. That will not bring back your save games though, and assumed that you have connected to Live recently.
I am of the mind that deleted games have to be initiated manually, though that isn't to say that untoward things cannot happen.
On an aside, dlc corruption tends to indicate a change of hardware though that isn't the only cause (just the most likely one).
