Wasn't there some fan art of Tali and Shepard with kids and ones like human the others quarian? I think that scenario could kinda work, although it would make more sense if either the quarian kid didn't wear the mask or they both wore masks (depending on who's immune system they inherit)

Having a litter of hybrid babies that can easily pass as either human or quarian is just as much a fantasy as the perfect blend hybrid baby that's the absolute best mix of both parents' features.
If you mix quarian chicken feet with human feet you're probably not going to get a cute, two-toed human foot or a petite, five-toed quarian foot. You're going to get some kind of abomination deformed foot in between that doesn't work properly and now your hybrid kid is crippled thanks to your mad science.

Unless for some bizzaire reason the child only enherits the quarian appearence, also nice read on feet

-In order to produce viable fertile offspring both perants must be the same species (Asari are a special case)
-The gametes must be compatable with each other
-The species in ME universe can have different Amino acids which can be lethal to other species
