Need Help new to game of Dragon Age..

Hi, i just started playing my Dragon Age 2: Bioware Signature edition.. I know its kinda late but because i have been busy with my studies now is my only chance of playing it coz its summer.. Now my question is what is the best Amor Set and Weapon for 2 Handed Warrior.. I'm planning on getting Berserker as the 2nd specialization coz i got the Reaver as the first.. I'm already level 12 and my Blood Dragon Armor is now like in 2 star level which is pretty low unlike when i equiped it when i was like 4 or 5 it still has 5 star rating so now i wanna know what is the best armor and weapon for a 2 handed warrior and where can i find it.. By the way I am currently at the beginning of Act 2 i just finished act 1 this afternoon.. Thanks and will appreciate reply..
