When using rally, how long does the mana/stamina regen last for and how long do your teammates get the benefits of might, control, etc.?

say you had the muscle upgrade for might, granting +25% crit damage. for the duration of rally, your entire party shares that +25% crit damage that you have, along with whatever other applicable sustains you have on.
