I had an idea I got from Star Trek 4 The Voyage Home. That Earth would send a message warning of the Reaper attack throughout the Alliance and maybe to the rest of the galaxy.  Since I can't find it on Youtube I'll just type it.

Message: (Background Static) This is the President of the United Federation of Planets. DO NOT APPROACH EARTH! The transmissions of an orbiting probe are causing critical damage to this planet.

All power sources have failed. All our orbiting starships are powerless. The probe is vaporizing our oceans. Nothing can be done unless a way can be found to repond to the probe. Further communication may not be possible. 

Save your energy.  Save yourselves. Avoid the planet Earth at all costs. Farewell...

This message would be heard on the Normandy from either Mars or while enroute to the Charon Relay conveying the sense of hoplessness and loss that the Reaper attack on Earth is. It would then make Shepard's return with a armada to Earth an even more EPIC "BIG GODDAMN HEROES" WIN!

Well I always liked that bioware put Star Trek references in their games.  What do you think of it or what would you want from Star Trek in ME3?
