To me it would be strange if the game solely focused on the reapers with so many unsolved stories. Will there be a permenant cure for the genophage? Will the Quarians get their home world back? What about the battle between the geth and heretics? I am excited to see what happens.
I wonder if Mass Effect 3 will close chapters on a lot of stories in the mass effect series

In E3 you saw Shepard assisting Mordin rescuing a female Krogan. Probably an Genophage related mission.
Afaik in the confirmed thread, planets like Ranoch (homeworld of the Quarians) are places, Shep will visit.
