Ok so from the begining of the game I pursued miranda for romance.I did her quest and all the dialogues the right way but for some reason I couldnt romace her.Ive long finished the game and because i want to romance miranda in ME3 but im not very font of having to start a new char,I wanna know if there is any way to change the romance flag in a save or something like that.

You obviously didn't choose the right dialog options if you failed romancing her.

Though since ME3 will is 'the best game to start the series' I would guess that yes you can romace her in ME3

No i checked a guide and the dialog was right,must have been a bug or something.
Anyway,what i wanted to know was if it is possible to make it so that the game(ME2) thinks i romanced her , for example by editing the save.

did u talk to her after he loyalty quest, i know for my character i had to talk to her after her mission and then do a side mission to talk to her again, then another side mission then this time my character kissed her and then after the IFF i talked again and she said she will meet me later and this led me to the romance scene just before Suicide mission

If you sided with Jack during her confrontation with Miranda you won't be able to continue your romance with her.

 You could mod the game into making it think you romanced her with Gibbed Save Editor, but it's not hard to romance who you want to. I've never had any problems romancing who I want to in the Mass Effect or Dragon Age series (and I've tried pretty much all of the romances at some point) Maybe you did just have some weird bug.

If I remember it right you have to say to Miranda it's good to see her smile again after her loyalty mission. During the next conversation with her, both her and Shepard will sit on a couch. When the opportunity presents itself you have to say 'you're hard to compliment'. After this you have the option of starting a romance.

As Xeranx stated siding with jack in her confrontation with miranda will forfeit your chance to romance miranda, even if you gain back her loyalty with a high paragon/renegade check.

It's definitely possible to mod the imported ME decisions in a ME2 savegame.

I'm not sure if it's possible to actually mod ME2 plot flags in the middle of playing a game.

You might have better luck posting in the ME2 forums, they would know the details of modding and stuff.

ok fidget 6 i downloaded the editor but where can i find the flag i searched it everywhere but couldnt find it

I've just epic failed in reading. "Can I romanc flag in ME2", OMG
Never seen a romance flag in Gibbed save editor. Are you sure it exist there?

you can also say "are you jealous" and the next option is to kiss her. renegade points for romancing. pretty cool.
