Just because they have immune deficiencies, doesn't mean they're sick 24/7 

I mean sickly aesthetically, not sick. A little fragile looking. But perhaps that's just my vision. She likely doesn't wear makeup though if she has the mask on most of the time. Anyway, great fanarts ^^

I would say quarians are going to have skin as bright as flowers. Sort of like a neon color with little hairs on their skin to have pollen attached to them. I don't mind if Tali has a oddly omfg alien look to her and the quarians. I just think quarians having those features would make sense because of their use in their world. I love Tali just because she's a tech genius and her personality is so adorable. Just look at how shy she is. I don't know about you forum, but the moment spent with her on the captain's quarters I was like "awww... look at her "

I think Bioware has a difficult task with this, should they have decided to reveal Tali's face. There are conflicting requirements.

(1) She should look distinctly non-human (which rules out what has been posted on this page)
(2) She should look not look ugly in a repellent way.

Consider Garrus. He isn't attractive by human standards, but he's also not repellent so that people can romance him based on his personality.

I wouldn't be surprised if they decided not to reveal Tali's face.

Hmm...looks nonhuman to me. She appears to have some kind of proboscis instead of a nose that feeds directly into the breathing apparatus of the mask.

The only thing I have on my wishlist for Tali's appearance is that they preserve the Riddick style eyes once she removes her mask they glow now which suggest to me the visor is simply making them pronounced remove that they should still hold some shine to them and can they please explain why Quarainas have glowing eyes and geth have lamp lights there's got to be a reason.

For skin color I imagine she'd be grey or light purple sense Asari have blue and we don't want two blue species running around.

For hair she could have it or not it doesn't matter too much to me but the way her veil falls suggest to me she does have hair and that it's at least shoulder length. Though if she does have hair she shouldn't have bangs sense we haven't seen any thus far with the closeups you can manage with the camera angles. The plainer her hair style is the better.

And speaking of plain no tattoos at least on her face sense that's something that is obviously not there too.

If tali's placeholder is actually what they will follow, then Tali's face will be indeed humanoid.

However if the placeholder IS to be believed then there are several differences. Tali has a much more angular face that follows the general shape of the male helmet. Her cheek bones are much more prominent, her eyes are much closer together, and much smaller than most humans. Also, her current placeholder doesn't have a jaw, so its a blank slate there.

I can only state my opinion, but it is tired, old, unimaginative and the RPG world is full of elves, lets keep one game series elf free.

Anyway:

I would very much like the devs to use features similar to the Hanar, Krogan, or both. organic plates, jelly mass in certain places etc. Im also partial to the dreads style hair of something like Predator because its rather rare and I just like it.

Id would also like the Devs to play around with the with the idea of mandibles. Im not saying it will work Im saying it may be worth looking into maybe not like the mouth from Predator but perhaps a multi layered mouth kinda thing(Like the Hybrid from AVP2 but with lips. I hope thats clear enough). I just want the qurians to be unique.

Eyes i would like to be alien and really all we see of tali's eyes are two lights which does leave quite a lot for creativity but perhaps not size wise. Color I'd prefer not being purple pinkish and just leave that as an effect from the visor. Implants Im completely neutral on.
