New concept I found. It's NSFW, but not too bad. I actually really like it, because its not just a reskinned human like the asari, batarians, or drell. It kind of looks like the turians.

So I have been thinking about this for a while since it seems to be such a debate on whether or not Bioware should show her face. I think they should add a paragon and renegade interrupt which stops Tali from revealing her face for those who do not want to see it. For those who would like to see her face, they can let her go through with it. I know once her face is revealed it will be all over the internet, but at least you have the option of keeping her face hidden in your game.

ok you guys i know exactly how bioware should design the female Quarians including Tali without there suits. I don't think anyone has made this reference yet but it would be a good idea to explore the concept. Tali will have a human face regardless of what people think do you guys really think the artist would make her look monsterous i mean really try to look at her eyes through her helmet and her mouth placement i think it is safe to say she has a humanoid style face, do you really think she looks as ugly as a batarian or one of the Predator Aliens? be realistic. And as far as the female Quarians overall appearance is concerned, including Tali, I think bioware's artist should design them based on the female Draenei from World of Warcraft just without the horns and the tail what do you guys think? i mean there bodies look pratically the same that would be a cool idea for the female Quarians and Tali anyway.

I've seen that image before on DeviantArt, and its definitely not a bad representation of what her face could be. I like the image itself in general, but yes, I could accept that type of face as her reveal.

Oh yes, the constantly discussed question of Tali's face... XP Well, I am writing a fan-fiction so I may as well do my take on it...
Her skin was a dark smooth grey only a shade or two from charcoal tinted with lavender. Her large eyes had purple irises much the same color as her visor. They didn’t glow like all so many seemed to think, in the normal light of the cabin at least. Her face was longer than a human’s but her features seemed soft and gentle despite that. Her eyebrows were a dark purple close to black that seemed to shimmer inthe light like the wings of a blackbird.
That's what I'm currently running with for Tali herself. She also has short curly black 'hair'. I suspect all quarians have a cleft jaw if female or two visible flanges if male that hang down on either side of the chin. I use hair in quotes because it's not technically hair but single fillament feathers similar to down. The 'glow' that is visible in the game is caused by eye-shine, the side effect of the dimming of light through the visor and Quarian eyesight.
Honestly, I'd like some mammalian or avian traits in my aliens bioware, can we shy away from blue skinned babes, green and red skinned reptiles? Give us someone with 'hair' or something close? At this point humans seem rather odd and alone in the universe.
Or aliens with multiple skin complexions and hair colors! I've had male and female quarian OCs remove their masks in my drafts and I always strove to make each an individual with different features. Skin tones include a light blue-grey, grey, charcoal black, and dark with a purple tint while eyecolors included grey, purple, violet, gold, and blue-grey.

I'm afraid that we'll see Tali's face like Darth Vader in Star Wars VI. What I mean by that is it might be that we'll see Tali's face when she is dying and wants to speak and see Shepard for the last time. What would be more dramatic and emotional than that kind of face reveal?
I mean that why risk taking the mask off and getting a chance of infection? I don't think she will just hang around without mask all the time. Other more positive place for revealing the face would be the Quarian homeworld, if she has a change to return there.
But I have no comments of how she should look like. I hope that Bioware's talented artists have come up with something. She has very human like eyes (except the glowing part) and very human like nose. So I would want she to look much like a human without going too extreme.

It would be incredibly sad but very impacting for Tali fans like me if this was the case, and honestly I don't want them to do that kind of thing. As for how she looks I don't know what to suggest. There's a good fan picture of what she may look like in the Tali thread. It's not perfect but it's the best I've seen so far.

Considering that you can see some of the face through the visor of all quarians it's probably a neutral tone of some sort, blue-grey, grey, dark-grey, or so forth. The visible color we get from the face seems to be a creation of the visor's tint not actual tone. I doubt translucent though.

I hope they do something really interesting with her lower face. We can already sort of see the upper half of her face, but when they reveal the full face we should be able to tell from a long ways off that's a quarian.

Of all the unmasked Tali pictures I've seen, this is my favorite. There are still some details that need to be sorted out, such as the sides and top of the head (unless we only get to see her face from the front, as shown in the photo). The only thing I would change is the complexion. I always imagined Tali's skin to be pretty grey, not completely colorless, but the shades of purple and blue shown here are just a bit too strong.
