Will you each be playing this game just as you have for the past two? Will you approach it like a big thing has once again come up for Shepard and you want to get the job done? Or are you going to take into full account that you are on your last outing with Shepard and have each minute be more emotional and meaningul to you? Will the looming end change your emotions and experience as you enjoy your last days on the Normandy, or will you do your best to do this like before, give it that same effort and get that epic finale in the exciting and heroic swift nature that we used in the first two?
Enjoy the question explosion and unload your thought-cargo.

I'm gonna treat it like any other game I've played so far. Because in the end, something better will pop up eventually.

Aww. I am going to be emotionally drained. This is sad to me. I hate that it will be over.

My Shepard is going to complete his mission - adopt a survivor from the Earth massacre - settle down with his LI (if I choose one in ME 3) on a little planet called Nirn, in a region called Skyrim.
My son will grow up in this low-tech world... and, come Nov. 11, 2011... I think he will go on some great adventures.
Another story - another adventure.

Going from past experience, I'll play it for years.
Even after completing every Shepard's story that I have, I'll go back to it and play it again sometime in the future.
Even after something new comes out and I start playing that, I'll still go back to the games I keep in my stack of favorites, just like I do now.
Not every game stays in this special group but ME1 and 2 will be there and unless the totally destroy all the ending options, I'm sure ME3 will be here too.
