As a partialy colorblind person (red/green color blind), some of the text elements on the tactics screen are extremely difficult for me to read (it looks like red text on a red background to me and I have to get my eyes very close to the screena and squint to get even a rough idea of what the text says).  I'm wondering if there is a settign in an ini file I can tweak to change the font colors on this screen, and if not, I would like to make a feature request for an option of "colorblind mode" to set all text to white on the tactics screen.

Any resolution on this I have the same problem. Colorblind...

There is no official "fix" for this, but it could be modded using the toolset. You could make a request in the toolset forums.
