I've got multiple Sheps && will create even more than I import. Given that I want to see 99% of the content and endings.

As for most of my Canon Sheps where is the option for "fake my death, drop off the grid, and become a farmer" :)

That would be neat if say shep gets 10 in game questions with a 5 wheel response option that allows us to shape him/her throughout 3 and bring about an end that takes into account the mental status we created via those 10 questions and also the main important choices the player engaged in during ME - ME3.

So for instance in SB I portrayed my shep as worried about the battle, and grieving over all the loss including himself so in 3 as the 10 questions are posed say I continue on that road making my shep devastated by losing solar systems, worried the reapers will hack him and use him, worried that Cerberus is lying to him on why they brought him back so in the end of the game shep is in a terrible mental state he decides his life isn't worth continuing in the aftermath of a post reaper stopped world due to all that happened and so kills himself to save the galaxy and defeat the reapers.

But if I portray sense SB my shep is confident about a plan, but upset over the loss of lives, and he say is willing to rely on his past friends to aid him if reapers or Cerberus do things to him, and portray a middle ground or positive shep mindset in the endgame shep can defeat the reapers and live in some fashion.

Overall I would like shep to just be human show feelings upset, sad, concern, happy, ect throughout 3 I'm tired of the brick hero syndrome we've had prior to SB I like how he's being portrayed now and Meer is finally using inflection and feeling! I want the last game to showcase shep the human instead of shep the hero.

I still have unacknowledged trauma and rage from what Cerberus has done. I have questions that need answered and people, places, and events that need attention brought to them I would like to have time in game to have these issues and questions resolved many people have posted enough on what it is that's the issues and what BW can do to help resolve them so let's see if they'll do that in 3.

So what kind of Shepard do you expect to see once ME3 (and the shepard arc) come to an end?

Are you hoping for:

- The storybook ending with Shepard sailing off into the sunset with his chosen love interest

- A corpse

- A tortured soul haunted by the various decisions he made

- A broken man, unable to leave the events of the past behind him

- A hero whose resolve through this incident have only made him stronger

- Something else?

My own hope is that we somehow get to influence this through conversation choices at the end of the game. It could be as simple as Shepard being questioned and through various answers we get to decide how he is truely feeling at the end of this epic (presuming of course he is still alive)

Thoughts ?

Truthfully, Sheps tired. Just like any other adult or adolescent, hmmm, I should just say "human". A character that fights major battles and smaller skirmishes gets tired. Yes, he is a broken man but his spirit and will keep him going. Being responsible for lives lost? Yes. He's angry and saddened by it. Who wouldn't be? Can one's soul be tortured? Yes. Reliving the events and seeing the faces of the fallen can wear anyone down. The hero. Not some "meta" human in the sense of the word but a man who does what he does not out of want, job description, or even personal gain....but out of love. Before posters go crazy with that word "love". Understand what it encompasses for a fighter. He loves life, he loves for people to have freedom in their lives. Being a hero involves some form of love for the cause you fight for.

As for the story book ending and a corpse. I don't think it'll be the traditional ending gazing off into the sunset looking at green pastures. I think it'll be gazing at the battlefied and taking in the carnage and loss of life. Looking over it all and knowing the fight was worth dying for.

I hope my playstyle will make Shep a human who has been to the precipice and stared at the abyss only to turn around and see all those who supported his cause. The LI should be there, if they survived,  ready to take a much needed shuttle to a destination away from all of this. Shep should retire and salvage any hope of having a "normal" life. If I see a cutscene with little blue children, then I know that the man has earned it.
