Real expansion or another item pack?

Like Mike said, the 'post campaign' save is chronologically before the end of the game, just before The Last Straw I suppose, it's only there to let you access mid-campaign DLC after finishing the game.PresidentCowboy wrote...
So we'll be able to play DLC that takes place before the end of the game, post-game? That makes no sense at all given what happens at the end, but whatever sounds good... will we be able to use Bethany in her Circle / Grey Warden outfit though?
That said... You do have Bethany/Carver in your party in the post campaign save even though you shouldn't have met them yet sooo... Continuity much?

we've gone to lengths to be sure you can engage with it at any point in DA II after you reach Kirkwall
I hope you balanced the loot this time around and folks won't be running around with them 'till the end of the game.

Fenris would speak, at least.

I don't know...if Hawke sides with the mages at the end, doesn't she technically flee Kirkwall? It never made sense to me that the post-game save has her back at the estate....
She takes the estate with her. Sandal can make it happen, you see

Oh wait, I'm on the DA2 forums, I'm not allowed to post here without saying something sarcastic about reused maps and waves of enemies, so "something sarcastic about reused maps and waves of enemies".

Players play at diffrent paces, while it might take a person 45 minutes to beat the dlc, it might take three hours for somene.Whacka wrote...

Fill the gaps in with your head, all Fiona Hawke did was go to noble parties, protect the city from bandits now and then and kept on using the Rose every two months because she missed sexy timez with Izzy. The Ethereal Writer Redux wrote...

Adam Howden also made some cryptic comments on twitter along these lines. Taken together, I'm cautiously optimistic the companions will get speaking parts.

If they're silent, I'd dissapointed. If there's something I really enjoy in DA2 is the companions and their talks and banter.
I'd rather have 1 hour dlc with talking companions than a 6 hour dlc with muted ones

Hmm.. Just opened my last character and they're still in the group (by which I mean Bethany is), should they not be? Or do you mean it's taken care of in this DLC?Mike Laidlaw wrote...

It is a relatively old character though, pre 1.03 certainly.

He's actually been able to transform the Amell estate into a fully functional TARDIS, and is able to transport the building in an object no bigger than a shoebox.
