Something funny happened to me while playing with my vanguard on the Shadow Broker's ship. I am sure it's happened to many of you, but I charged an enemy that was pulled (something I love to do). As you may know, being pulled to high up on the shadow ship makes the wind take you up into the air. Well that happened as I was charging causing me to charge WAY up into the air. I got stuck up in the sky and immediatly died.
Anything else funny like this ever happen?

Can you do that to yourself with just simple pulls or shockwaves into charge? Without the wind?

I've had that happen but not with charge - instead as an adept, with the lightning capacitor discharging and catapaulting Shepard off the ship.
Might be possible at the end of Arrival too, with the wind there. Dunno if you could do it without wind.

After beating a YMIR I seem to recall getting catapulted to the ceiling of a level ... IIRC it may have been Garrus's loyalty mission??

Happened to me when I charged someone just as he got caught in a singularity in LotSB. Fell off the ship and died. I charged off of the Collector platform before also.
