I'm not quite sure I understand what you are saying here. Legion is the name of the individual Geth platform as we think of it. Within that platform there are over 1000 different programs making up what we perceive to be his intelligence hence the name "Legion". Legion does not represent other Geth platforms, when he is talking about "we" he is referring to the programs built into him.

I think we have enough AI's turning rogue - in this series, and other series. EDI going bad would just be cheesy.

On topic now... I can imagine her going as far as playing the role of a double agent, apart from that I cant see her betraying us or doing anything to arm Commander Shepard in any way.
