Or not. Elthina was a wishy-washy substandard coward who didn't have the strength or the balls to hold the position she did. I used to admire her, too, until I actually went and talked to her more extensivly. Her entirely mentality is 'sit back and hope someone else takes care of it'.

And she wasn't brave in the face of death. She was arrogent; she didn't honestly belive anyone would dare attack her.

Yes, Elthina had her awesome moments, but generally, she wasn't anything special. And after being warned more then once to gtfo before something bad happened to her, well, there you go, Elthina, we tried to warn you.

I don't nessicarily belive what Anders did was right, but I never hated him for it the way some people have. And I never wasted too much pity on Elthina, who could have saved her own life or taken action one way or the other, but instead lived in her own, deluded little protective 'no one will EVER attack MEEEEE' bubble.

Um, wasn't her stated reason for not leaving being unwilling to abandon the people of Kirkwall?

I romanced Anders on my first playthrough then he broke my heart with his terrorist douchebag move and I haven't been able to romance him since. I rivalmanced Fenris on my second playthrough and I've gone with Fenris ever since.

Lady Elegant was my f-buddy. But she got married so we had to part ways. I now hang with Isabela and her coterie of dockside slatterns. Feeds my needs...and some.

Fenris once. All I could take of the over the top "I'm so sexy" voice. And the mage hate. Yuck.

Trying a mHawke! Merrill romance to see if male romances are different. (Do they get more kisses and cuddling? If so, why?)

3 with Anders cause he's my favorite. Much prefer the friend one with him. He actually becomes quite confident with support.

OT: Lolling at all the "Anders is a terrorist" stuff.
They all have something truly unforgivable they've done, that typically involved killing innocents. Think about it.

Is Anders worse because it was a church? I guess for me that was just a bonus!

Simply enjoy Fenris the most. And the fighting between the two of them. Unfortunaly, after done Fenris friendmance as mHawke first, I just couldn´t romance him as a female Hawke. In my head he´s gay. Im starting a new playthrough soon as FHawke Sebastian or MHawke Issy.

Female Mage + Friend Anders (blindly in love, heart broken at end, left him)

Female Rogue + Friend Izzy (rode off on pirate ship, screw Kirkwall - they all suck)

Female Warrior + Rival Sebastian (became viscountess, utterly ruthless ruler-woman)

Female Mage + Rival Fenris --> Friend Anders (left Fenris for Anders, applauded Anders in the end, stayed with him and went on to wreak more mayhem. utterly ruthless freedom fighter)

Female Mage + Friend Fenris (the 'folk hero;' tried to be reasonable and 'good' - ultimately drawn into mayhem and tried to save the mages. currently in hiding (likely returned to Ferelden))



Never could get into playing a maleHawke (playing as a dude is totally boring to me)
Never could get into romancing Merrill (reminds me of Tali/a little sister)

Did romance Merrill with my MaleHawke though (my most evil playthrough of all...went the blood mage route). And even on that one I flirted with Anders repeatedly...loved his jealousy bit.

You romanced Merrill with Garrett? Well I find that rather weird, just makes him seem like a creeper, they don't fit together at all I think..
Marian and Merrill make the most adorable couple , but I am just a fangirl of Marian and Merrill lol

lol she didn't seemed to mind;). Of course it was a custom MaleHawke not Garrett. I never use the default characters...always custom...I'm enslaved to character creator what can I say...might change my characters appearance several times in game.

*hides behinds hands* Fenris. I was aiming for Anders ever since playing Awakenings...but Gideon's voice lulled me towards Fenris all because of his role as Balthier from FF12. Don't think Ill be able to quit the Fenris train until DA3 comes out...choo-choo.

Just finished my 1st complete playthrough. I went with the MWarrior Hawke w/ Friend-Isabella route. After the game was over, I wondered how many diseases Hawke picked up. Damn, that Isabella got around. (My DA:O save had a female warden in a love triangle with Allistar and Leliana, which both joined in the fun with Isabella in that game. Awkward moments with both reunions in DA2.) I was Pro-Mage in that game and I liked how it ended, so I'm probably going to keep the data for DA3.

I did play a Rogue FHawke before my 360 red ringed that was Friend-romancing Anders. Never finished Act 2, though.

About to start a FMage that's Pro-Templar and going after Friend-Fenris. I just wanna ****** off Anders and Merril. And the thought of becoming a Mage Viscount w/ the Templar's Blessing just amuses me.  Would be even more amusing if I went Bloodmage, but I just can't bring myself to do it.  (That and I really wanna play a mage, but only need the 2 "Templar" trophies for Platinum.)

I'd romance Isabela more because I find her romance interesting, but I think I'm terrified of her breasts.
