 Anders and Sebastian, however much of a romance the latter is. I can't get into the Fenris or Merrill romance, but I fully intend to romance Isabela with both a male and female Hawke at some point.

I am having a hard time trying to decide who to romance this playthrough ... My femHawke Blood Mage, Zyza, romanced Fenris on my first run .. now I have a femHawke Rogue & not sure who I am gonna choose this time .. def leaning towards Fenris again but I would like a different experience this time thru ...decisions decisions ...

I tend to only play as FemHawke (I find her more believable in reactions than the regular Hawke for some reason) and have romanced every character except for Sebastian, and my new file I started a few weeks ago (been dealing with some things lately) will go that route.

My F!Hawke romanced Isabela. I tried Fenris, but I was playing a rogue who fervently loved and was willing to defend her sister (and yet still was not entirely opposed to the Circle system, and became less opposed to it after Bethany joined the Circle and was not miserable, although she did abhor its abuses) and that relationship fell apart pretty quickly. She couldn't develop any kind of rapport with Anders, because while they both supported mages, he was overly zealous (she executed Anders in the end). Sebastian was interesting as a potential rivalmance, but my Hawke was not about to become a chaste sister. Merrill was a blood mage who needed a big sister a lot more than a romantic partner (it felt like trying to romance Tali to me - if I romanced her, I was taking advantage of a younger, naive and star-struck companion).

So she ended up with Isabela, which worked out well for her.

I tend to play female Hawkes, because welll, I like her more than male Hawke, and I've been lacking free time so I've only completed it twice. Anyway, I rivalmanced Fenris the first time, and Isabela the second. I kinda love the Fenris/Isabela couple, though, so next time I might go Anders or Merrill. Likely Anders, since I tend to see Merrill in the same light as Helm505.

Well, this time around I am playing as a F!Hawke Rogue -- so far I have flirted with Fenris & Sebastian .. and bedded Isabella ... just cannot bring myself to romance Merrill though .. she is just so naive & childlike ... great as a friend though!

Most recent play through was a magefemhawke/ Fenris rivalmance. I didn't like the rivalmance..

With my first playthrough i romanced Fenris with my rogue, but in my second playthrough i romanced Anders with my mage and i'm pretty happy with those romances. Merill is probably my next

My only love in DA2 is Anders. My Hawke is a mage, so Anders is the only one who can understand her more than any one else. Fenris is good too, but still I prefere Anders as a LI
