WHEN TRYING TO UNLOCK DOORS AND SAFES PER THE INSTRUCTIONS I SELECT MATCHING SYMBOLS AS INSTRUCTED BUT AM NOT ABLE TO COMPLETE THE CIRCUIT. I REPORTED THIS ISSUE TO THE HELP DESK, AND WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD NEED TO ADD THIS TO THE FORUM, FOR RESOLUTION. I HAVE TRIED UNLOADING THE GAME WITH NO RESULTS, I EVEN RETURNED THE GAME AND TRIED ANOTHER GAME ALL TOGATHER WITH THE SAME RESULTS. HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS PROBLEM

There is a time limit of around a couple of seconds to click the second of the pair. IF you don't click it in time it unchooses the first and you are simply clicking on the first of a pair again. The most common cause is slow movement getting to the second of the pair, so you have to know where you are going and get there FAST to make it work.
