 I'm doing a Renegade playthrough righ now, where I romanced Liara in ME1, and want to cheat on her with Garrus in ME2. So here I am, playing ME2, and find out I can do the Lair of the Shadow Broker at anytime after Horizon - so, in theory, before I romance Garrus. 

I know if you do Shadow Broker after you romance someone else, you can rekindle things with her afterwards anyways. But my question is, can I do Shadow Broker (and rekindle things), and THEN romance Garrus? 

I mostly want to do things that way cos I'm hoping there's a big blowout in ME3, rather than just a small thing in a dlc, and I don't want to risk getting with Garrus, and rekindling things with Liara and screwing things up with him, cos ultimatly, I want to end up with Garrus.

The order you do it in don't matter at all...if you cheat things blow up...regardless of the order.
