Archangel.

He showed them they can be opposed. So why live under those scums?

True, although while Archangel did some serious damage to them, he ended up dead (or so they believe) If the people knew he walked out of there alive I can see them taking his example, but they thought that he died, that will demoralise them. But who knows, some may see how much damage just one man and a tiny group of vigalante's did to there organisations and rally people against them.

^Well he also killed almost everyone if not all before he died.

I call that very heroic death that will inspire people.

Yeah, no thx. Too much Hollywood for me. And this speculations of yours makes Aria look powerless, and I doubt she's that weak.

^Or more like something that would happen in real life.

And how did I made Aria powerless?

How unfair! :P Just one word as an answer to my essay. *ahem*

Archangel can (and not necessarily will) inspire those who are, well, into this kind of thing; those who are ready and willing to sacrifice themselves. I can see his example inspiring one, two individuals, maybe a small team, but a full-blown revolution? Hardly.

Moreover, I'm not sure Omega has many capable fighters that aren't already working for some mercenary or criminal organization... (The point I brought up in my previous post, yep.)

All in all a revolution is possible but I consider the possibility to be fairly small.

The person who put garrus in that situation was Sidonis because of him Garrus lost his team, If Sidonis is spared he says he'll make it up to Garrus.  Maybe he'll start a squad/gang called the Archangels, make Garrus a martyr or promising of his return one day if they earn his approval by standing up and fighting the gangs.

^I doubt Sidonis can help.

Also he was enemy of those gangs when joined Archangel.

Remember, in ME3 Aria is loosing power, as a new merc grou, the Talons (bunch of Turians) are moving i, and Grayson in Retribution kills her top liutenants ad a huge portion (if not most) of her forces, and makes her look like a fool as a e f**ked Aria and got away, succesfully breaking the one rule of Omega. Combined with Arh Angel, Omea does actualy seem reasonably ready for change.

^I didn't even know about that stuff.

So my idea is even more enforced.

Thanks.

Yeah, when I read this post I was like, why didn't I think of that! With the end of ME: Retribution, it fits perfectly, makes sense, would be great for the plot, and give a great reason to bring back one of ME's greats, Aria. Plus, with all 3 heads of the major merc groups dead, there is a HUGE vacuum of power, enough for a revolution (the revolutinists may even have gotten their weapons from the bodies of Aria's hundreds of dead soldiers).

He won't try to be recruited into the gang(s) but start one. and being part of the original group might net him som points with the locals.
