 ok i imported a save, this saved worked a dozen times before, but after level 9 it won't leve lno more, not recieved no more squad points so i can't level up skills. Its not a bother as i am only using this playthrough to record cutscenes. 

I did use the RCW ME2 ModManager. But only for Casual appearance to wear the Alliance Blue outfit, Infinite ammo, HSV Colors(not sure what this does, Specular Appearances(not sure what this does either), Short loading movie, Disable start up movies.

I also used the Gibbed me2 saves, for lots of money and minerals.

I don't see how this changed my Squad points to not give me any.

If it don't give me more squad points after horizon, i havent recieved points since gaining normandy i think, and i am only up to getting jack, done every other recruiting quest for this part of the game.

if not i will go back into Gibbed and give me some points if i can
