 Notice the meter at the left side. Am I being an idiot or will they have a moral level aswell, that Shepard will influence?

No, it just wasn't removed at the time of the video.

Only Shepard has the Paragade bar.

Squadmates will not have a meter. That was simply an artifact of the UI design. It will be gone in live.

Devs have said that this was a relic from early development and will probably be absent from the final game. As always, work in progress, stuff changes, etc., so it might go back in, but at the moment, no.

Aww , I would love to see them implement the feature that was in KOTOR II when you could influence your squad mates moral. That was awesome!

I remember Bioware saying auto-attack would be in the final version of DA2
We all know how that ended up.

I would just take everything with a grain of salt.
The bar isn't exactly game-breaking so I wouldn't mind it being there for the final version.
