Now, if you decide to load that autosave at some point after the conversation with Bethany, her outfit will change to her default/starting one. I had to load my latest manual save (that happened before the mentioned autosave) to fix the issue.


I had the exact same issue and resolved it the same way. Good thing I quicksave often...

What difficulty do you play on?  It was fixed on NM but not Casual, I haven't tried the other 2 difficulties.

Hard. I tested it and you are right when i switch to NM it is fixed, but i dont want to play on NM so^^

This also happened sometimes to me, It was very rare and I couldn't reproduce it. However the hp is shown correctly in the inventory screen, and going to the inventory screen and back seem to fix it (althought I'm not 100% sure).

Another bug.

During Loose Ends quest, Lord Harriman is missing his body lol. And by that I mean, you can only see his floating head, when he appears at the docks. It looks pretty ridiculous. I tried reloading my latest save (right before the fight), but it didn't fix the issue.

EDIT: Nevermind, there seems to be an issue with textures in the docks. I found a couple of more floating heads (random npc's). I can't seem to get rid of it though. Reloading doesn't seem to fix it, and leaving and re-entering the area also doesn't help. I will try exiting the game or something.

I play on Xbox

yes i copied that listing into the OP

This was made here in order too simply the process by allowing all platform users to post in the same thread. Which makes it easier to collaborate in confirming bugs. Its also aimed at all the issues that have plagued this game, not just a single platform.

Can you clarify this one please? I just finished a fresh 1.03 DW rogue and didn't see this issue. Is this referring to the end of combat animation when you place the daggers on your back again?

it's referring to while running around.
it's a pet peeve of mine. You can hear the spinning sounds but no animation.
(the animation did look a little retarded though so maybe it was intended...)

fun story: the not being able to spin daggers thing got my hawke glitched for a good hour

her arms were permanently stuck in a really awkward position, no matter if i was talking to someone or fighting or anything. she looked like the hunchback of notre dame. made for some veeeeery interesting merrill sexy time

i, on 360, cannot spin daggers any more (while moving), but the sound does still play

I ran into both of these problems often on 360 too, even pre-patch.  It makes Hawke look crippled, which, if that's what you're going for, is cool, but, um. The funniest is in combat, because Hawke's torso will rotate as per combat moves, but the arms are frozen, thus yielding some abominable dancing with good DPS.

However, neither were unsolvable with a quick reload, so I'm not sure if this problem will be really important to fix...

Sometimes the texture or model of one of the daggers that a DW rogue (hawke or Izzy) wields isn't loaded, so it appears like you're only wielding one dagger. Unequipping an reequipping the dagger resolves the issue. So I don't think this is really important, but I'm mentioning it for completions sake.

Ive experienced the model error with Isabella, varric, and hawke on the ps3. I dont think its limited to one character. It randomly triggers for me if I happen to be hitting the attack button while going into a conversation or loading a new zone.

Interresting, it makes sense since I'm only controlling Hawke or Isabella manually, if I can be bothered to put her into the party.
Anyway, as I forgot to say, I'm playing on PC.

These are just a couple things I noticed. For PC:

- Melee characters don't change their facing if you hold the camera still while moving around, can cause for some interesting situations (tanking the High Dragon with your back to her :P)
- Vendetta is irregularly blocked by terrain, causing the cooldown to trigger, the damage to be dealt, but no teleport.
- After killing all the gangs in the game, you're rewarded with 2 Woodsman's Ire axes.
- Status icons linger over corpses if they didn't explode.
- During the quests "Demands of the Qun" and "Best Served Cold" several NPC's can become stuck underneath the floor, causing the combat to be unending. Usually solved by reloading though.

I had these too, but the one with status icons was present even before 1.03

It's time for quest bugs!
After receiveng All That Remains go to Lowtown at night, but don't speak to Gamlen and the boy. Now go to Darktown, talk to Gascard and go with him. After the quest is completed, Gamlen and urchin still can be seen in Lowtown at night with quest arrows. You can even initiate a usual dialogue with them.

I am playing on a PS3..

I recently updated to the patch, I believe 1.02, and after that my game became unable to finish..
After taking a warrior all the way to the 'Best Served Cold' quest, I realized that the quest was broken, there were no bodies to loot and no way to complete the quest.. I didn't have a recent save (I play with auto-save turned off and manually save often, however forgot to save before this point..), so basically had to scrap that character and start over... really irritating...

I have also noticed numerous other bugs that were not there before the patch... at least I never saw them until now.. I have seen my companions standing around during a battle doing nothing... also have seen enemies doing the same thing and don't do anything even when being attacked... some other quests are bugged now... when romancing Merrill, the order in which you do things seems to be a problem at times, the only way I've been able to fix that is to wait until almost all the other quests are completed before doing the ones for Merrill... I actually had one playthrough where I went to talk to her in her home and we were talking about the mirror but there was no mirror in the room... after that the mirror was gone and did not return...

There are a few battles that are way out of proportion to the overall game's challenge... such as when you are heading to the final confrontation with Meredith you encounter a group of demons; several shades and a pride, and the shades swarm you and kill your entire party within seconds... this is coming at the same time that my party is able to wipe out virtually any threat they encounter up to that point.. doesn't make any sense and took me about 2-dozen attempts to get through that one encounter, sort of broke the immersion and got real boring real fast... make the demons tough, yes, but not so much more difficult that the challenge is way out of proportion to the rest of the encounters..

Also the Champion armour is, I think, silly... after all, Hawke has already become the 'Champion of Kirkwall', and why is it that he/she should be required to have a 31 willpower score in order to use the armour that Hawke has already earned? On one playthrough, my mage needed 6 more willpower points to use the armour and all the act 3 quests were already completed, so scrap that character... irritating as hell...

Also the freezing situation got much worse after the patch... my game froze 3 times after the patch, where before the patch I hadn't had a freeze in several sittings...

I have uninstalled my game and reinstalled to get rid of the patch that has broken my game and ruined several of my characters.. I have now lost the free DL content that came with my game and can't get it back because the patch will install automatically... this seriously sux...

A lot of changes are needed to make this game play like it should... still, the combat much of the time is addictive and fun..

This is just my experience.. but the Meredith and Orsino fights are several times easier then the ARW or even the Mature Dragon. And because of one simple flaw, allied characters outside your party cannot die.

In my Orsino kill, I had him targetting Isabela the whole fight, not even my tank could get aggro off. (I ran Aveline, DW Rogue Hawke, Merrill, Anders)
Which in turns brings me to another possible issue.

- Threat generation is really strange. When your tank has it, the mob stays almost glued to him. When he doesn't, you better not miss Taunt..
