Super abilities in ME3

An idea occurred to me recently that I thought might be cool in ME3.  It was mostly inspired by the high level "super abilities" your characters get in the Baldur's Gate series (ToB).

What if, at a certain point in the game (similar to how the weapons on the Collector Ship in ME2) you were able to augment one of your powers with a "super bonus," or select a super ability.

These bonuses/abilities would be class specific and would dramatically alter the ability, moreso than normal power evolution.

A few ideas I had:

Soldier:  biotic-effect detonating concussive shot

Vanguard:  charge can blow through and knock down multiple enemies in a line
                     pull grabs an enemy and "charges" them into shepard

Sentinel:  tech armor reflects biotic and tech attack back to enemy
                  
Infiltrator:  "Eraser-style" railgun scope, can shoot through most cover

Engineer:  Summon multiple drones at one time, reduce cooldown

Adept:  [this taken from an idea posted in the biotics and lore thread] Some kind of "biotic rage" ability that drastically reduces ability cooldowns for a shot time


Those are just some random ideas I had, feel free to add or tear them apart.  I just hink this bein ght efinal chapter and all, there should be a sense of Shepard really ascending to another level in terms of power and strength in his/her respective class.  These abilities would not come into the game until late stages as I see it.
