I have been finding little infromation on this chest pieace but from the guide book I have from Piggy Back Interactive it is suppose to drop off Castillon in the No Rest For The Wicked quest and so far I have choosen to kill and not kill him but his body reamins unlootable is this just bad info or do I have a real issue here

Seems that the cuirass was cutted away from the game. Like you I have an game guide who points at Castillon....
But if you like me do an search in Google or the DA wikia, very little info comes up, much of the info that comes up is copypasted from the guide.
So, sorry, but seems to have been cutted from teh game.
