I am going to start a New Game+ on ME1, on my first play I finished the whole game on Veteran. It was 6 months ago so I keeped the savefile with my character. And uninstalled it.

Now I did a new installtion, so I copied the save files to the ME1 folder in My documents folder, but when I start the game the bonus menu dosnt appear. I only can start a new game and import my old one :(  And I cant choose Hardcore either?

Anyone here know how to solve this problem? :)

Have you copied the "Profile.MassEffectProfile" back?
(located in the save dir)

I did that, but If I remeber right there should be a NEW GAME+ menu? You dont choose the normal Start New Career button? Or is it?

You only get the New Game+ option after beating the game, even if you restore the achievement using the console. I found this out the hard way. Do you have a save at the end of the game? If so, you'll need to load up that save, beat the game, and then the New Game+ option will become available. Also, you'll have to do this in order to level a character past 50.

Just loaded the last savefile and finished Saren, but where do you mean the New Game+ menu is? Is it in the Start New Career menu? If I remember right, it was in the option menu, or am I wrong?

It's under "Start New Career" and when you get past the connection screen, there is an option to "Select Existing ID."

It's just the typical name gamers use for replaying with the same character and certain games do actually use that terminology.

I didn't want to start a new thread, but I started my third playthrough to get to 60, wanted do hardcore but forgot to change difficulty initially before starting, so halfway through Eden Prime I realized it was still on Veteran and switched to Hardcore... that probably screws getting the Hardcore achievement?

No, as long as you switch to Hardcore before interacting with the beacon on Eden Prime, you're fine.

Is there any bonus mission in NG+? If I remember right if you have 75% of Paragon or Renegade there is a mission?

The only bonus you get for NG+ is higher starting levels and better gear. Yes you do get a bonus mission for getting 75% Para/rene but that is for all games NG or NG+.

This is a thread in the ME1 help forums talking about an achievement editor for ME.  Don't know how good or how well it works but you may be interested if you are on PC and want to get the achievements so you can finish it easier.
