Better question: how are they going to resist the temptation of wiping out all of France? I mean, they're basically the cancer that's been killiing European culture for centuries.

No war since the civil warever touched USA soil. It servived nothing. Now if you want to see a real Manly Monument, look at old big ben. Big Ben?

HA, that tiny little thing. The Empire States Building was once the tallest structure in the world, Big Ben weeps in it's shadow. Besides, it's just a clock tower, there are thousands of those.

Probably not. I mean, just look at it! It's practically saying to the Reapers, "Hey, look at me! I'm a big, metal thing with holes everywhere. Oh, and I was made by the species who took down one of your elite!" Poor thing doesn't stand a snowball's chance.

Just to add, Big Ben is the bell inside of the St. James Tower of the Palace of Westminster.

.......I'm going with no. Because everyone on Earth would b wondering y they didn't do it. It is after all a mandatory for any hostile alien to do when visiting Earth, that and the Empire State Building, The Tower of Pisa, Sydney Opera House all have to b blown up if your a hostile alien attacking Earth.

I'd love for once to just see the Aliens show they have no freaking clue what important monument they should destroy to break our spirit. Show a dramatic scene of them blowing up a Bob's Big Boy statue or the world's largest ball of yarn.

They can blow up the Sydney Opera House if they want, I dont care. But if they dare touch the Big Banana, there'll be trouble. :bandit:

You know Hawaii is part of the USA right?

Guys... Alaska was invaded during WWII. The Japanes occupied more than a few of its westernmost islands and we had to take them back.

I say they blow up the building/servers these forums are on.

Cut to a scene where an angry nerd has just finished raging about the further casualization of Dragon Age 56.

A North-West portion Canada was invaded during WWII?! Damn, didn't know that. Thought they only hit that Pacific island kingdom.

Oh, and yes, Big Ben surmounts the empire state building in all possible ways, even if he's English. French FTW!

It originally was, and still is being used as, a radio transmission tower. They'll take it down as part of their MO.

Or they have a Quagmire Reaper amongst them, who'll take it, cover it in slushified humans and.......best not to think about it too much.

Why did the French plant trees along the Champs Elysees? So the husks could shamble in the shade.

Aside from the minor historical inaccuracies regarding wars that have or have not touched US soil in meaningful ways, I think I will have give credit where credit is due. Big Ben is one tough SOB.

. . . are you seriously trying to claim that Alaska is a part of Canada?
