I want to do a clean re-install when I start a new game. Is there a best way to do it?

I have a file in my BG2 directory called "Files for a clean install" and in it are: folder called "Override," baldur.exe, baldur.ini, BGMain.exe, CHITIN.KEY, and dialog.tlk.

I don't have anything terribly fancy installed in terms of mods. Just acsension, fixpack, tweakpack, lvl1npcs, and some other simple WeiDU stuff.

I can't find my ToB disc atm so how do I revert my game back to SoA + ToB?

I found the instructions in the Romantic Encounters Readme.txt. Unfortunately this was after I found my ToB disc and did a complete re-install manually. Oh well.
