ME3 spoiler? Light-hearted comment?
If this turns out to be serious... who's returning from ME1 that wants Shepard dead?
Balak springs to mind. Could be a nice little Easter-egg for Paragon BDTS DLC owners, but that seems like too-small an audience IMO.
Main contenders:
- Rachni Queen (indoctrinated? or maybe just evil all along)
- The Thorian (no real indication that it was 'dead')
- Balak (douche to begin with, very anti-human. Post-Arrival massacre = super-anti-human-douche)
- Urdnot Wrex (as a joke)
- Corporal Toombs (enemy of Cerberus, angry email in ME2)
- Fist (Shepard messed up his operations in ME1, wasn't happy to see us in ME2)
- Ethan Jeong (another douche, seemingly hated Shepard for no obvious reason)
- Ambassador Udina (douche #3, most Shepards chose Anderson over him for Council)
- Rana Thanoptis (involved in 2 illegal programs stopped by Shepard, squad-mates disagree letting her go)
- Helena Blake (sketchy in ME1, 'changed her ways' in ME2...)
- Shiala (indoctrinated in ME1, Benezia said process was 'irreversible')
- Administrator Anoleis (anti-human, Shepard gets him arrested)
- Conrad Verner (will he finally prove he is as great as Shepard... by killing him?!)
Haha, if only... an epic Saren-style face-off with Valern would be, well, epic.KotorEffect3 wrote...
I think it is either Toombs or Balak. lol part of me would like it to be a certain councilor
Obviously if you played through ME1 as a Renegade, then this most likely won't apply. Not a lot of enemies survived
UPDATE: Second tweet from Patrick Weekes suggests that it is indeed an encounter in ME3.
"Many good guesses! Great to see so many people remembering folks from ME1."
