The Thorian - Not really sure how it will affect the grand spectrum of things. It seemed to be a very selfish, isolated creature focused on its own survival. Maybe if it decided to spread itself across the galaxy, but the Reapers kind of throw a monkey wrench into that plan.
Balak - The most likely of candidates. Being DLC makes things questionable, though.
Urdnot Wrex (as a joke) - Hurr hurr
Corporal Toombs - Likely, but I don't see how he can be a true threat. He seemed to be your standard mercenary that controlled a squad of thugs. There is no real contest; Shepard has killed his kind hundreds of times over. Plus, he's a side mission character that can easily be skipped (I unintentionally skipped him on my first playthrough). I'm sure Weekes is referring to someone in the main storyline
Fist - Not likely. He can die very easily if you choose to have Wrex in your squad (and I usually did on most of my saves) and if you let him live, he's a loser on Omega 2 years later.
Ethan Jeong - Another unlikely candidate. He's hard to keep alive (you need to have your charm/intim maxed out) and if he lives, he's still just a corporate weasel. Barely a threat.
Ambassador Udina - Not exactly sure what would make him turn or even make him a real threat to begin with. Most likely, he'll just hide under his desk like all of the other politicians when the Reapers invade and then thank you when you ultimately defeat them (probably taking the credit later). Besides, you can't kill him in any of the games.
Rana Thanoptis - Likely. Not sure what role she would play, though.
Helena Blake - Another likely candidate. But, like most ME1 side missions, she can simply be skipped.
Shiala - Very interesting choice. Hoping she won't turn, but if she does, I'm interested in seeing what Bioware does with her.
Administrator Anoleis - Obviously will have a bone to pick with Shepard, but I don't see him escaping prison any time soon.
Conrad Verner - Hahaha, would be an interesting turn. But he'll obviously get pwned if he tries to kill Shepard and I don't see him leading any type of resistance.
