I honestly dont think so. If Nazara can turn him into a husk from miles away, the reapers might be able to resurect a dead person. But this is just my 2 cents.

My serious money goes on the Rachni queen... although looking back at the history of the Rachni, assuming that the Rachni Wars were caused by Sovereign, makes me want to think otherwise, because I refuse to believe that saving her is an all-out bad move.

In the meantime, I'ma go with Maelon.

Here's hoping that it's the rachni queen. Why anyone would believe anything that thing said, while trapped in a tank rigged with poison, is beyond me.

Could be Maelon.. trouble is, ALL of these characters we're discussing are killable in ME1/ME2 to begin with, so I'm thinking maybe it's someone we had no choice with?

I have a hard time not killing Jeong, even if I have the charm or intimidate points to talk him down I would rather just pull the trigger.  As hard as it is for me to kill someone like Shiala (only killed her once to satisfy a curiosity) it is almost as hard for me to not kill Jeong.

I believe it can be all of those mentioned that were in ME1, I mean, there's probably a list of 4 of 5 of them in some kind of importance order, if you killed one, another one placeholds it.

My money is on it being the "Refund Guy" he finally snapped after not getting his refund .  But realistically I am hoping it is Balak, it nearly all my play throughs I let him escape in order to rescue the hostages.  So a show down with him is long over due.

Shiala. I was always suspicious as to whether or not the fact that she was green in ME2 was an indicator that she was actually a clone and was not actually due to a 'health-related issue'.
